Hello! We’re VideoCompany, a Montreal based production company, creating documentary films, branded content, commercials, social campaigns and short-form storytelling for organizations, brands and cultural institutions.
We're searching for a part-time (3 days a week) editor / production assistant who's at the beginning of their career and looking to grow with an agile and dynamic team. Our ideal collaborator is meticulously organized, detail oriented, proactive, independent and motivated to be involved in all aspects of production. We're looking for someone who is genuinely interested in documentary storytelling as well as short-form social content and comfortable jumping between creative, technical and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop , After Effects (Davinci a plus)
*2-3 years experience minimum
- Excel, Google suites
- Bilingual (Fr/Eng)
- Camera and on-set experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Assistant editing and narrative storytelling
- Social media management
- General admin (emails, project and data management, equipment upkeep)
- Production assistant on-location

Job Type: Part time
