Weatherguard Gutters – Lower Mainland, BC

Weatherguard Gutters is hiring Gutter Installers to join our team for our busy season. We’re looking for both experienced installers and motivated entry-level candidates who are interested in learning the trade.

No gutter installation experience? No problem. We’re willing to train the right candidates who have a strong work ethic, show up on time, and are comfortable working outdoors and at heights.

What You'll Be Doing

- Installing residential and commercial gutter systems
- Installing downpipes and gutter protection systems
- Working on renovation and new construction projects
- Safely working from ladders and at heights
- Using hand and power tools
- Working as part of an installation crew throughout the Lower Mainland

Who We're Looking For

Experienced Installers:
Gutter, exterior cleaning or construction experience is a strong asset. We're looking for people who can contribute to a crew right away and take pride in quality workmanship.

Entry-Level Installers:
No previous gutter experience is required. If you're reliable, hardworking, willing to learn, and comfortable working with your hands, we will train you.

Requirements

- Reliable and punctual
- Physically capable of working an active construction job
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work well as part of a crew
- Valid driver's licence is an asset
- Construction or gutter experience is an asset, but not required
