Responsibilities

- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, planting, and soil preparation to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely for various gardening and construction activities
- Support irrigation system installation, repair, and upkeep to ensure efficient watering of landscapes
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance on tools and machinery
- Help with excavation projects using excavators or other heavy equipment under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites, ensuring safety standards are met at all times
- Collaborate with team members on project tasks,

Requirements

- Basic familiarity with gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential
- Mechanical aptitude or experience with hand tools and power tools is a plus
- Previous construction experience or familiarity with excavation equipment such as excavators is advantageous
- Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions; comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and operating machinery as needed
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures and detail-oriented approach
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in irrigation, landscaping, and maintenance tasks
