The Role

Keep our fleet running safely and reliably. You’ll work on semi trucks, gravel trailers, construction equipment and more supporting active construction projects.

What You’ll Do

- Diagnose and repair heavy equipment (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical)
- Perform routine maintenance (oil, filters, inspections)
- Complete repairs and component replacements




- Test equipment and complete work orders
- Support preventative maintenance and keep a clean, safe shop

What You Bring

- Heavy Duty Mechanic Experience
- Red Seal (preferred)
- Truck and Trailer Safety Certification (preferred)
- Strong diagnostic skills—you can troubleshoot, not just swap parts
- Experience with heavy fleet and construction equipment
- Independent, reliable, and safety-focused

Experience:

- Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (required)
