Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated CT Technician (Computed Tomography Technician) who is CMRITO Certified to join our dynamic imaging team. In this role, you will operate state-of-the-art Brand New GE Revolution Maxima CT equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images, assist physicians in diagnosis, and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process. Your expertise will help deliver precise imaging services that support effective treatment planning.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for CT scans by explaining procedures and positioning them accurately on the imaging table
- Operate CT equipment to capture detailed cross-sectional images of the body’s internal structures
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, including radiation safety standards and infection control procedures
- Review images for quality and clarity before submitting them for interpretation by radiologists
- Maintain detailed patient records and documentation of procedures performed
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and proper functioning of all imaging equipment
- Communicate clearly with patients, providing reassurance and addressing any concerns during procedures
Experience
- CMRITO certification is mandatory.
- Canadian hospital experience for operating CT imaging equipment is mandatory.
- IV certification and knowledge of IV Contrast is mandatory.
- CPR certification required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain procedures clearly to patients
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $50.00-$51.00 per hour
