We are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative who is interested in learning the HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical business in order to grow, and build a career within our organization.

Qualifications and Experience

- Fantastic phone demeanor and communication skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing work/ tasks to be done
- Computer literate and capable of leaning/utilizing industry software
- Reliable (punctual with a valuable attendance record)
- Experience as a phone CSR is an asset
- Familiarity with Electrical, HVAC or Plumbing trades is an asset

General Responsibilities

- Handling inbound and outbound customer phone calls in a friendly and professional manor.
- Advising customers on services, procedures,



and fees and answering non-technical questions.
- Scheduling appointments with customers.
- Creating and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Creating detailed and actionable Work Orders for technicians
- Reviewing technician’s notes and findings and take appropriate follow up steps
- Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing for customer accounts
