Kitchen Staff / Line Cook – Seasonal & Part-Time Opportunities

We are currently looking for reliable and motivated Kitchen Staff / Line Cooks to join our team for the upcoming Christmas holiday season.

This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who has commercial kitchen experience, works efficiently, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional kitchen workplace.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards
- Maintain consistency in food quality, portioning, and presentation
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
- Communicate and cooperate effectively with the kitchen team
- Work comfortably in an open-kitchen environment
- Assist with kitchen opening, closing, cleaning, and other operational duties as required

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of commercial cooking experience
- Strong understanding of kitchen organization and food safety
- Efficient and able to work with a “work smart” mindset




- Tidy, organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong awareness of sanitation and cleanliness standards
- Comfortable working in an open kitchen and fast-paced environment
- Proactive learner with a positive attitude
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work well as part of a team
- Able to remember instructions, priorities, and daily operational details effectively
- Motivated to learn, improve, and grow within the restaurant industry

Availability
