Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Production Packer for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Fort Erie within a consumer packaged goods manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on production work, takes pride in quality, and can stay focused in a rapid-paced assembly line setting.

As a Production Packer, you will support daily manufacturing operations by placing components on the line, inspecting finished products, packing items into shipping boxes, and helping maintain clean, organized production areas. This is a great chance to build long-term experience with a stable production team that values safety, teamwork, training, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Place components on the production line and support assembly line operations.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and company standards.
- Pack completed products into shipping boxes accurately and efficiently.
- Clean equipment, workstations, and packaging areas to maintain production and cleanliness standards.
- Verify weights, measurements,



components, and materials used during production.
- Follow safety procedures, wear required PPE, and report issues or concerns immediately.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $19.76 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Fort Erie, ON
- Schedule: Monday to Friday.
- Day shift: 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Afternoon shift: 3:45 p.m. to 11:45 p.m.
- Shifts rotate between days and afternoons, with afternoon shifts running approximately 40 percent to 50 percent of the time.
