POSITION TYPE: PRE-SEASON DOOR-TO-DOOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE (100% COMMISSION / CONTRACT)

Location: Durham Region, ON

With winter approaching, we are launching our Fall Pre-Season Campaign to secure seasonal snow removal contracts before the first snowfall hits. We are seeking motivated and independent Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to lock in residential and commercial clients across the Durham Region. This is a 100% commission-only contract role designed for self-starters. There is no hourly base pay—your earnings are entirely driven by the future contracts you secure right now. Earning potential is uncapped, meaning more closed bookings result in higher payouts.

How the Pay Works

- Per-Contract Commission: You earn a flat percentage split on every single seasonal snow removal contract you secure for the upcoming winter.
- Paid Upon Receipt: Commission is officially earned and released as soon as the contract is secured and the customer's payment hits our system.
- Rapid Weekly Payouts: Your cleared sales earnings are calculated and sent directly to you every single week via Interac E-transfer.

The Role and Requirements





- Pre-Season Canvassing: You will generate 100% of your own leads by going door-to-door in targeted Durham Region neighborhoods to secure bookings for the upcoming snow season.
- Vehicle Requirement: You must own a reliable vehicle to travel to different neighborhoods and territories daily.
- Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills. You must be comfortable with face-to-face pitching and handling objections.
- Tools: A reliable smartphone with data to log client details and process contract sign-ups on the spot.
