Additionally, the Estimator will monitor market trends to deliver competitive and reliable estimates for various project scopes.
Qualifications
- Diploma, degree, or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Previous experience with road construction projects and knowledge of materials and methods
- Robust understanding of blueprint reading and project documentation analysis
- Proficiency in using specialized estimation and project management software
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Physical Requirements
- Must have the physical strength, stamina and coordination to complete the assigned duties
