We help homeowners and businesses recover from fire, water, and other property damage with professionalism and care. We are currently seeking motivated, hard-working individuals to join our team as Construction Labourers.

Job Summary:
As a Construction Labourer, you’ll assist in the restoration and repair of residential and commercial properties. This is an entry-level position with on-the-job training provided. You’ll work closely with experienced tradespeople and gain valuable construction experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with demolition, clean-up, and site preparation
- Load and unload materials and tools
- Help with drywall, flooring, insulation, and basic carpentry tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite
- Follow direction from team leads and supervisors
- Provide general labour support as needed

Qualifications:

- No experience required — training will be provided
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labour
- Dependable and punctual
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
- Able to pass a criminal record check
- Comfortable working in varying conditions and environments




- Willing to travel for short-term jobs if needed
