We are currently hiring Production Associates to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

- Job Title: Production Associate
- Location: London, ON
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Payrate : $18.25/hr

Responsibilities

- Operate the production line while following instructions and safety procedures.
- Pack, label, and palletize products efficiently.
- Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Handle raw materials and assist in mixing/blending processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment problems and report product and equipment malfunctions to the appropriate authority.
- Follow all safety regulations, GMP standards, and company policies.
- Understand and review the product through specified production process,



recognizing areas of defect and taking appropriate actions to rectify them.
- Perform all work to organizational standards to ensure final product meets quality standards.

Requirements

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous production/manufacturing experience is an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, and overtime.
