Job Overview: Must be available weekends
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Floral Clerk. You will be responsible for performing various floral care and customer service tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with making bouquets and phone orders
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Handle cash transactions and maintain cash register
- Assist with e-commerce operations, including order processing and fulfillment
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and suppliers

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus
- Basic knowledge of the flower industry is desirable
- Ability to sell products or services effectively

This position requires one day a weekend either Saturday or Sunday along with a couple days a week.

Job Type: Part-time
