Orangeville Hyundai is looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. As the face of our Service Department, you'll be responsible for guiding customers through the repair and maintenance process while ensuring every visit exceeds expectations.

What You'll Do

- Welcome customers in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms and repair requests.
- Prepare detailed repair orders and communicate maintenance recommendations clearly.
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs, maintenance, and completion times.
- Recommend preventative maintenance and additional services that benefit the customer and their vehicle.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process, providing updates and managing expectations.
- Coordinate with technicians and the Parts Department to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
- Review completed repairs with customers and explain all work performed.
- Process payments accurately and maintain proper documentation.
- Schedule future maintenance appointments and encourage customer retention.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve departmental performance goals, including customer satisfaction, sales, and retention.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is preferred.




- Dealership experience is considered a strong asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to educate customers on maintenance needs without pressure.
- Working knowledge of automotive systems, maintenance, and repair procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with dealership management software and computer systems.
- Valid Ontario Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
