Le gérant de rayon leader, aliments soutient l’exploitation du secteur alimentaire en collaborant étroitement avec le gérant adjoint de l’alimentation afin d’offrir une expérience client de qualité et d’assurer une exécution efficace au quotidien. Ce poste consiste à coordonner l’exécution des tâches, à veiller au respect des normes et à la présentation du rayon, à affecter des associés pour soutenir les tâches de couverture et à aider à l’établissement des horaires et à la formation. En tant que leader axé sur le travail d’équipe et le souci du détail, le gérant de rayon leader, aliments contribue à garantir la sécurité, la propreté et le bon fonctionnement du rayon, conformément aux directives et aux normes de l’entreprise.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Deliver an Excellent Customer Experience
Provides friendly and professional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, promoting products and services, helping locate merchandise, and resolving customer concerns or referring them as needed.

Support Daily Operations and Task Execution
Assists with directing and coordinating daily tasks based on priorities communicated by the Food Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team. Delegates, supports, and follows up on the completion of Customer Availability Process tasks.

Maintain Food Department Standards and Presentatio n
Assesses the overall presentation and appearance of Food Departments, identifies gaps, and completes required merchandising and display adjustments to maintain store standards.

Associate Coverage, Scheduling, and Support




Supports scheduling as needed and assigns associates to ensure adequate coverage and availability across food areas and other areas of the store as required.

Associate Training and Development
Participates in the training and development of Food Associates and provides feedback to support performance, growth, and engagement.

Safety, Cleanliness, and Compliance
Maintains a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by following Company policies and procedures, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure and free of debris.

Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule)

- Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high-quality service.

Physical Demands

- Performs physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning,



and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
