About the Position

Golden Management is expanding our Edmonton team and is looking for a motivated Customer Service/Sales Representative to work directly with consumers on behalf of established client brands.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing position focused on creating positive interactions, understanding customer needs, and helping people find the products or services that are right for them.

You'll receive training when you start, so previous sales experience is not required.

What You'll Need

- Full-time availability
- Class 5 driver's licence
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle
- Ability to travel to different campaign and event locations throughout Edmonton
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, dependable approach to work
- Comfort speaking with customers in busy public environments
- Willingness to learn and work toward performance goals

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or a similar environment is an asset, but not required.

Your Day-to-Day

As part of the team, you will:

- Meet and speak with consumers at promotional events and field locations
- Introduce customers to products and services offered by our client partners
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and interests
- Explain product and service information clearly and accurately
- Provide a professional customer experience from the initial conversation through the sales process




- Complete customer transactions and required documentation
- Maintain accurate records of daily activity and results
- Work toward individual performance objectives
- Participate in regular training, coaching, and team meetings
- Represent Golden Management and our clients professionally at all times

Training & Growth

You don't need a sales background to get started.

Our training program is designed to help new team members develop practical skills in customer communication, sales, product presentation, and professional development.

As you gain experience, there are opportunities to take on additional responsibility and develop toward leadership positions based on performance.

Work Environment

This is an in-person position. Team members may work at different consumer events, promotional locations, and field activations throughout Edmonton.

Pay: $750.00-$1,050.00 per week
