We are seeking an experienced QA Analyst with expertise in Risk Inventory/Risk Management and ServiceNow to support testing activities across risk initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test cases.
- Validate Risk Inventory workflows, data, reporting, and user access controls.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with Business, Development, and UAT teams during sprint cycles.
- Support test planning, execution, and release validation activities.

Required Skills:

- 8+ years of QA/Test Analyst experience.
- Experience testing Risk Management, Risk Inventory, or Governance applications.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, forms, and reporting.
- Solid defect management and analytical skills.
- Experience with Agile delivery environments.
- Familiarity with data validation.

Preferred:

- Financial Services or Enterprise Risk Management experience.
- Exposure to ServiceNow Engagement tool, Jira, and ALM.
- ServiceNow certification is an asset.

Pay: From $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON (Peel District)
