We are currently hiring DZ Drivers for a well-established and growing operation within the recycling and waste management industry in the Waterloo region.
This is a great chance for drivers who are looking for steady, full-time work, consistent routes, and a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a recycling collection vehicle safely and efficiently
- Load curbside materials into the truck
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service during route collection
- Complete assigned routes in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Complete Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIRs)
Requirements
- Valid Ontario DZ driver’s licence with a clean driver’s abstract and CVOR
- Minimum 1 year of DZ driving experience OR completion of an AZ MELT program from an accredited driving school
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis
- Strong commitment to safety and reliability
- Must be punctual and a team player

- Successful completion of a criminal background check
