Key Responsibilities:1. Personal Care:

- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
- Support with toileting and incontinence care
- Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Monitor client’s general physical condition and report changes

2. Household Assistance:

- Perform light housekeeping (e.g., laundry, dusting, vacuuming)
- Prepare and serve meals based on dietary needs/preferences
- Wash dishes and clean kitchen after use

3. Companionship and Support:

- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Engage in conversation, games, and recreational activities
- Accompany clients to appointments or community outings, if required

4. Medication Reminders:

- Prompt clients to take medications (no medication administration unless licensed)
- Report concerns regarding medication compliance to supervisor

5. Safety and Reporting:

- Observe for signs of abuse, neglect, or significant health changes
- Document and report client status, care provided, and incidents to supervisor
- Follow the client’s care plan and agency policies

Job Types: Part time, Casual

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
