Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation, cooking, and delivering excellent food service. The candidate must have weekend availability

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items with precision, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met
- Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking supplies

Requirements

- The candidate must have weekend availability
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or food industry setting




- Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and proper sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers
- Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed
