We are seeking a Quality Inspectors to join our team! You will conduct tests to determine the quality of materials and finished products as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.
This is a full-time position. Monday to Friday with some Saturdays. Must be willing to work longer shifts. They are 8-10 hours per day. OT after 44 hours/week. They run two shifts per day.
Wage & Shifts:
- $19.00 per hour
- Full time
- Day Shift - 7:00am to 3:00pm
- Afternoon Shift -3:00pm to 11:00pm
- Possible Midnight Shift to be added -11:00pm to 7:00am
- Mandatory Saturdays when required
Qualifications:
- Must have your own reliable transportation to commute to Leamington
- Previous work experience in quality control or other related fields
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficient at writing, speaking, reading and comprehending English
Responsibilities:
- Visually inspect automotive parts for defects, damage, or missing components according to quality standards.
- Sort and separate conforming and non-conforming parts.
- Package inspected automotive parts according to customer packaging requirements.
- Accurately complete and maintain production paperwork and inspection records.
- Report quality concerns, production issues, or material shortages to the Team Lead promptly.
- Follow work instructions provided by the Team Lead and work effectively as part of the team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area while following all quality and safety procedures.
- Other duties may be assigned
