Base Pay: $18.15/hour
Afternoon Shift Premium: +$0.50/hour → $18.65/hour
Night Shift Premium: +$0.75/hour → $18.90/hour

About the Role

We are currently hiring 18 General Labour Associates to join our team at a warehouse in Coleraine.

We are looking for 6 associates for each shift. This is a great opportunity for reliable candidates who are looking for long-term warehouse work and are comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.

The facility currently operates 24 hours a day, 5 days a week, with additional weekend shifts expected to be added as operational requirements increase.

Available Shifts

Day Shift

- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- $18.15/hour

Afternoon Shift

- Monday to Friday
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- $18.15/hour + $0.50 shift premium
- Total: $18.65/hour

Night Shift

- Sunday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Tuesday to Thursday: 11:30 PM – 6:30 AM
- $18.15/hour + $0.75 shift premium
- Total: $18.90/hour

Additional weekend shifts may be added as operations expand.

Responsibilities

- Perform general warehouse duties in a Puma distribution environment
- Pick, pack, sort, label, and prepare products for shipment
- Load and unload products and materials as required
- Move products safely throughout the warehouse
- Assist with receiving, shipping, and inventory activities
- Maintain a clean, organized,



and safe work area
- Follow supervisor instructions and established warehouse procedures
- Meet productivity and quality expectations
- Follow all health and safety policies
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

- Previous warehouse or general labour experience is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift and handle warehouse products as required
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual with good attendance
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be flexible to support operational requirements, including additional weekend shifts
- CSA-approved steel-toe safety shoes required
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

Attendance & Reliability

Reliable attendance is very important for this position. Associates are expected to report to every scheduled shift on time and be available for the agreed-upon shift schedule.
