Duties

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Perform data entry and account reconciliation using various accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Workday, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, UltiPro, Kronos, ADP, and UltiPro
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets with precision and attention to detail
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities and resolve issues promptly
- Support payroll processing activities by verifying employee hours and deductions through systems like ADP or Kronos




- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audit preparations to ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documentation for audit readiness

Skills

- Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Workday, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, UltiPro, Kronos, ADP, and similar platforms
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, data entry accuracy, and account reconciliation techniques
- Experience managing accounts payable and receivable workflows efficiently
- Knowledge of payroll systems such as ADP or Kronos for accurate salary processing
- Ability to perform detailed account analysis and budgeting tasks with precision
- Excellent math skills combined with analytical thinking for financial data interpretation
- Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments and prepare clear financial reports
