We’re hiring a Baker at El Pacho Coffee Roasters!

El Pacho is a specialty coffee shop looking for an experienced baker to join our team.

The role combines pastry production with preparing sandwiches, taking orders and interacting directly with guests throughout the day.

What we’re looking for:

- Professional baking experience; experience with laminated dough is a solid plus
- Customer service experience and confidence speaking with guests
- Excellent spoken English
- The ability to stay organized and maintain high standards in a busy café
- Interest in a permanent, long-term position. This is not a seasonal or short-term job.
- Reliability for early morning shifts.

Location: Toronto (near Union Station)
Reliability for early morning shifts. We’re located very close to Union Station, so being able to get here early is essential.
