Bakery Production Associate – Full-Time

Locations: Mississauga & Etobicoke, ON
Shifts: Day, Afternoon & Night
Shift Length: 10–12 hours
Employment: Full time / Temporary Assignment

Job Description

StarForce HR is currently hiring Bakery Production Associates for bakery manufacturing facilities in Mississauga and Etobicoke.

We are looking for dependable candidates who have previous experience working in food manufacturing, bakery production, food processing, or a similar production environment.

Responsibilities:

- Work on bakery production and packaging lines
- Assemble, package, label, and inspect bakery products
- Handle ingredients, packaging materials, and finished products
- Ensure products meet quality and food safety standards
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
- Follow GMP, HACCP, food safety,



and health & safety procedures
- Assist with sanitation and production line changeovers
- Perform repetitive production tasks and meet daily targets

Requirements:

- Previous food manufacturing or bakery production experience required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
- Able to lift up to 35 lbs when required
- Available for 10–12 hour shifts
- Available for Day, Afternoon, or Night shifts
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Strong attention to cleanliness, quality, and food safety
