MortgageSolvers is a quick-growing mortgage brokerage licensed in Ontario and Alberta, specializing in private and alternative lending. We help homeowners who don't fit the bank box: self-employed borrowers, bruised credit, debt consolidation, and equity takeouts. Our marketing engine generates a steady flow of inbound leads, and our appointment setters book them directly onto your calendar.

The Role
We're looking for a hungry, coachable closer who wants to be paid for performance. You'll take booked appointments, run consultations over the phone and video, uncover the client's real situation, and move qualified borrowers from first call to submitted application. This is a closing role, not a cold-calling role.

What You'll Do

- Run 5 to 10+ scheduled consultations per day with pre-booked, pre-qualified leads
- Diagnose each client's goals, credit, income, and equity position
- Present solutions clearly and handle objections with confidence
- Collect documents and hand off complete files to our fulfillment and underwriting team
- Follow up relentlessly on open opportunities until they close or are disqualified
- Keep every interaction logged accurately in our CRM (Monday.com)




- Hit weekly and monthly targets for funded deals

What We're Looking For

- Proven closing experience (mortgage, finance, debt, insurance, solar, or high-ticket sales)
- Comfortable with a performance-based pay structure and confident in your ability to earn
- Strong phone presence and ability to build trust quickly
- Organized and disciplined with follow-up and CRM hygiene
- Coachable: you take feedback and implement it the same day
- Mortgage agent licence (Ontario or Alberta) is an asset, or willingness to obtain one

Compensation

- Uncapped earnings, with top performers earning $140k+ per year
- Warm, pre-booked appointments supplied daily, so you're not generating your own leads
