Join the team at Mosaic Psychotherapy Collective, a well-established and growing psychotherapy practice in St. Catharines, Ontario. We are seeking passionate, compassionate, and skilled psychotherapists to join our collaborative team of mental health professionals.

Mosaic provides psychotherapy services to children, teens, adults, seniors, couples, and families who are navigating a wide range of mental health and life challenges. We value client-centred, evidence-informed care and believe in supporting our clinicians in developing meaningful and long term practices.

This is a contract position with a 65/35 fee split for services provided. Mosaic provides administrative and practice infrastructure, referrals, marketing, and designated furnished office space with supplies.

Areas of Interest

We are particularly interested in clinicians with experience or specialized training in one or more of the following areas:

- Couples counselling
- Children and youth
- Family therapy
- Brainspotting
- Somatic Experiencing
- Neurofeedback
- Attachment-focused therapy
- Other specialized or evidence-informed therapeutic modalities





We welcome clinicians with other areas of specialization as well. We are interested in therapists who have a clearly defined clinical niche and are passionate about the populations they serve.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Master's degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field
- Registration in good standing with their college
- Current qualified liability/practice insurance
- Clinical experience providing psychotherapy
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative clinical team
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to ethical, client-centred, and evidence-informed practice
- Ability to provide services to clients within your scope of practice
