Wage: $33.60–$42.00 per hour + 10% vacation pay

Overtime: 1.5x after 80 hrs bi‑weekly (based on site schedule)

Review: Wage review after 3‑month probation, with performance and attendance incentives

What You’ll Work On:

You’ll take on higher‑level tasks across:

- Parkade and walk‑up condo developments
- Commercial construction projects
- Residential plumbing and gasfitting
- Job sites in Edmonton and surrounding areas

What We’re Looking For:

We want individuals who can contribute immediately and bring:

- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and personal hand tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence with power tools
- A strong work ethic and desire for continuous professional growth
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Leadership qualities and the ability to mentor junior apprentices
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Effective communication and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing site needs

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
- Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures
- Test systems for leaks and ensure proper operation




- Coordinate with mechanical subtrades and other trades
- Provide professional customer service and address client concerns

Qualifications:

- Proven plumbing experience
- Strong understanding of plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret plumbing blueprints
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Piping layout experience is an asset
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and professionalism in a quick-paced environment
