Boat Haul-Out Crew Member

Location: Lefroy Harbour Marina

Term: Temporary Oct 13th – Nov 27th

We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our Boat Haul-Out Crew for the upcoming fall haul-out season.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with hauling, launching, and moving boats around the marina
- Assist with blocking, cradling, and securing boats for winter storage
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all marina safety procedures
- Work as part of a team to safely and efficiently move boats

Qualifications:

- Previous marina, boating, construction, or equipment experience is an asset
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, and working on your feet
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s licence is an asset

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
