Dental Administrator – Full Time

English Bay Dental Group is looking for an experienced, friendly and confident Dental Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis.
This is an important front-office role for someone who understands that every interaction matters. Every phone call, every new patient inquiry and every person who walks through the door is an opportunity to build trust, create a relationship and welcome someone into our practice family.
We are looking for someone who is warm, polished, organized and genuinely enjoys working with people.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years of dental administration or dental practice management experience
- Experience using Tracker dental software strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of dental scheduling, treatment coordination and patient flow
- The ability to confidently manage incoming calls and new patient inquiries
- Solid communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- A professional, friendly and welcoming approach
- The ability to identify opportunities to support patients in moving forward with treatment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage a busy front desk while maintaining a calm and positive patient experience
Your Role
You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative flow of the practice, including:
- Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries
- Booking and managing appointments
- Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression
- Managing recalls and patient follow-up
- Supporting treatment coordination and helping patients understand next steps
- Maintaining accurate patient information in Tracker
- Supporting scheduling efficiency and practice flow
- Building strong relationships with both new and existing patients
- Helping convert new patient inquiries into booked appointments
- Working closely with the clinical and administrative team to create a seamless patient experience
Schedule Requirements
This is a full-time position and the successful candidate must be available to work all required shifts, including:
- Two evening shifts per week
- One Saturday shift
- Remaining shifts during regular weekday hours

Pay: $28.25-$38.87 per hour
