Rough Carpenter / Framer: High-End Custom Homes (Toronto & GTA)

Pay: $30–$45/hour, based on skills and experience
Location: Various job sites across Toronto & the GTA
Type: Full-time and part time positions available

About the Role
We're building out a crew of skilled carpenters for high-end custom home projects across Toronto and the GTA. We're looking for an experienced framer who takes pride in quality work and wants a long-term team that keeps them busy with great projects.

We're bringing on a few people to start and will grow the team with those who are the best fit.

What You'll Do

- Framing and rough carpentry on high-end custom residential builds
- Finish carpentry when a project calls for it
- Work alongside a crew and coordinate with other trades on site
- Support multiple projects at the same time




- Read and work from drawings with a high standard of accuracy

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of rough carpentry experience, mainly framing
- Proven experience on high-end custom homes
- Some finish carpentry skills
- References who can speak to your work and abilities on site
- Your own tools
- Reliable transportation to get between sites across the GTA
- A team player who's comfortable moving between projects
