We are a Drug Preparation Premises in Mississauga/Oakville, ON and provide hospitals, clinics, and physicians offices with sterile compounded preparations. Our facility employs a variety of experts including trained pharmacists, technicians, chemists, and microbiologists. We currently have a Full-Time Permanent opportunity for a Pharmacist.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Registered Pharmacist to join our team in multiple roles on a part-time and full-time, permanent basis. This is a specialized, production-focused position within a controlled compounding environment — distinct from community or retail practice — with a consistent weekday schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform the final technical check of sterile and non-sterile compounded preparations
- Maintain and apply NAPRA sterile and non-sterile standards, OCP regulations,
and USP <797>
- Fulfil A/QPIC responsibilities
- Review batch records and materials prior to compounding, and perform batch-record calculations and weight verifications
- Perform vial reconciliation and ensure product storage requirements are met
- Ensure batches are released accurately and on time
- Maintain records and documentation, and assist with staff training as required
Qualifications
- Registered Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (active Part A)
- Sterile compounding or hospital pharmacy experience preferred; training will be provided to a suitably qualified candidate
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy within a production-paced setting
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 1-9pm
- Ability to commute/relocate: Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Pay: From $53.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
