Duties

- Operate and maintain various farm machinery harvesting, and land preparation activities
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including cleaning, inspections, and minor repairs.
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely for moving supplies or harvested produce as needed
- Use basic math skills
- Follow safety protocols during heavy equipment operation and maintenance activities to prevent accidents




- Operate auger's and grain handling equipment.

Skills

- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairing farm machinery and equipment
- Ability to perform routine maintenance on farm machinery.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation such as tractors or loaders is needed
- Comfortable performing heavy lifting safely in outdoor environments
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and record keeping

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
