Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Helper – Lift Installation & Service to join our energetic team. In this role, you will assist with the installation, maintenance, and servicing of various lift systems, ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop technical skills in industrial maintenance while supporting our mission to provide top-tier lifting solutions.

Responsibilities

· Assist technicians with lift installations, repairs, inspections and servicing

· Help with loading/unloading tools, parts and equipment

· Maintain a clean and organised work area on site and in the service vehicle

· Follow safety procedures and site rules at all times

· Support general workshop and yard tasks as required

· Communicate professionally with customers and team members





What We’re Looking For

· Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with clean abstract (required)

· Mechanically inclined with a genuine interest in learning the trade

· Reliable, punctual and professional on customer sites

· Able to lift and carry tools/equipment and work on your feet

· Willing to occasionally stay overnight for out-of-town jobs

· Previous experience in a mechanical, construction, or trade environment is an advantage

Hours & Conditions

· Standard hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

· Occasional overtime or overnight stays may be required depending on the job

· Work is a mix of workshop and customer sites across the region

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
