We are seeking a dedicated & detail oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team at Tsawwassen place dental clinic where patients feel cared for, respected, and understood. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional dental care while creating a warm, welcoming environment for every patient who walks through our doors. The ideal candidate will assist the admin staff with routine administrative tasks , and committed to excel at customer service and hospitality to help ensure patients receive quality care.

What You'll Do

- Greet patients warmly, manage check-in/check-out, and ensure a positive first impression.
- Coordinate and optimize appointment scheduling to maximize efficiency and minimize wait times.
- Manage patient records with accuracy and confidentiality using ClearDent.
- Process insurance claims, verify coverage, and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Support the dental team by preparing daily schedules,



treatment plans, and patient files.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist with administrative reporting, supply ordering, and other operational tasks as needed.

We are open Mon- Thurs 8 am - 4.30 pm.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Dental receptionist or completion of a dental reception program
- Knowledge of Clear dent dental software
