The Opportunity:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Key Holder to join the team at our Oakville store, located at: 2501 Beryl Rd, Oakville, ON. This is a permanent, full-time role being posted to fill an existing vacancy.

What You’ll Do as Key Holder:

- Support the Team: Assist with training, coaching, and supporting Retail Sales Associates
- Be the Go-To for Customers: Provide exceptional service to every customer, handle exchanges or refunds, and assist with resolving any issues professionally and positively.
- Keep Things Looking Great: Help with merchandising, maintain a clean and organized store, and create a welcoming space for customers and team members.
- Manage Inventory: Assist with receiving, replenishing stock, processing transfers, and ensuring inventory counts are accurate.
- Close Up Shop: Carry out keyholder responsibilities, including securing the store, balancing registers, and completing end-of-day paperwork.

What You Bring to the Table:

- Experience: 1 or more years of retail experience
- Team Player: You’re great at working on your own but thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
- Tech Skills: You’re comfortable with computers and know your way around point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Customer-First Attitude: You genuinely care about creating an amazing experience for every customer.
