Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) – Entrepreneurial Leadership Opportunity

Location: Lethbridge, Alberta (In-person)

Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000, depending on experience + Partnership Potential

We’re seeking a driven Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) who is ready to step into a leadership role and grow with us. This is a unique opportunity for a CPA who wants to move beyond traditional accounting and become a true business partner.

What You’ll Do:

- Advise and support clients as a trusted partner.
- Lead strategic financial planning and analysis.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Drive business growth and contribute to the firm’s long-term vision.




- Prepare for partnership opportunities with existing leadership in the next 1-3 years.

What We’re Looking For:

- CPA designation.
- Experience in public accounting or related area.
- Strong accounting, taxation, and financial analysis knowledge.
- Leadership and business development skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build something bigger.
- Audit experience not required.

Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
