Key Responsibilities

* Oversee daily shop operations, dispatch work orders efficiently, and maintain high productivity.

* Mentor, assist, and guide technicians on complex mechanical diagnostics and repairs.

* Ensure all apprentices, hourly staff stay on task efficiently

* Ensure quality control by performing road tests and final repair inspections.

* Bridge communication between the service advisors and shop technicians to ensure fast, accurate





turnaround times for customer vehicles.

* Enforce shop safety standards and maintain high technical compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Licensed Automotive Service Technician (310S or equivalent) with significant hands-on mechanical experience required.

* Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM (FCA/Stellantis) experience is strongly preferred.

* Leadership: Robust problem-solving, time management, team management, and communication skills.

* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
