Firm Capital is looking for a creative, energetic and highly organized Marketing & Communications Associate to join our team.

This is a hands-on opportunity for an early-career marketing professional who wants exposure to much more than one area of the business. You will help create investor and corporate communications, digital content, marketing materials, advertising campaigns, presentations, events, sponsorship programs, and branded initiatives across a growing real estate investment platform.

You will work closely with the Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator and the Director, Communications & Investor Relations, collaborating with teams and senior leaders across the organization. The successful candidate will be someone who brings ideas forward, takes pride in producing polished, executive-ready work, and enjoys moving between creative projects, communications assignments, and live events.

What you need to succeed

· University degree or college diploma in graphic design, illustration, marketing, advertising;

· Recent graduate up to three years of professional experience as a graphic designer or web designer; and/or marketing or advertising role;

· Strong organizational skills;

· Excellent time management skills;

· Ability to prioritize activities, develop plans and meet deadlines in a quick-paced, entrepreneurial environment;





· Strong verbal and written communication skills;

· Must be fluent in English (written and oral);

· Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail;

· A results driven self-starter with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision and as part of a large team;

· Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat;

· Knowledge Print and Digital Ads, Property Ads through various avenues including Linked In and Instagram;

· Knowledge of HTML, CSS & WordPress is an asset.

Your new role

· Support all of the efforts of the Director, Communications and Investor Relations

· Assist in developing social media following;

· Create online content for company websites and social media;

· Preparation of various marketing, advertising, print, corporate and promotional materials

· Assisting at tradeshows, industry events, corporate event planning, presentations;

· Preparation of charitable donations and sponsorship materials;

· Preparation of holiday gifts for clients and tenants;

· Perform other duties as required.
