Responsibilities:

- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Perform commercial cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting, as well as cleaning up construction sites
- Lawn mowing & property maintenance
- Snow shoveling and salting
- Perform facilities maintenance tasks, such as patching holes in walls and fixing minor repairs
- Assisting carpenters on job sites as needed
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines

Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Good physical stamina to perform tasks and lifting
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
