At Hope Construction, no two projects are the same. You could be framing, operating equipment, pouring concrete, renovating a home, or working on a northern Manitoba project. We’re looking for a dependable person who takes pride in their work and wants to develop a broad range of construction skills.

This full-time position is based in Headingley, with work throughout the Winnipeg area and elsewhere in Manitoba. Preference will be given to qualified applicants who live in or near Headingley and are familiar with the Headingley community and surrounding area.

What You’ll Do

- Carpentry, framing, renovations, siding, roofing, drywall, and finishing
- Concrete, formwork, excavation, demolition, landscaping, and site preparation
- Operate or assist with skid steers, excavators, telehandlers, loaders, and forklifts




- Handle materials, set up and clean sites, and use tools safely
- Work alongside experienced tradespeople and equipment operators

Northern Work

We regularly work in Pukatawagan, Manitoba, on rotations typically lasting about three weeks. Successful applicants will be those that are willing and able to travel and work extended hours serving the northern community. The northern hourly rate includes a premium over local work rates.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Dependable attendance
- Ability to do physically demanding work safely
- Willingness to learn and pitch in wherever needed

Assets:

- Carpentry, renovation, concrete, excavation, landscaping, or equipment experience
- Class 3 driver’s license
- Ability to read plans
- Ability to produce job estimates

You do not need experience in every area.
