As our practice continues to grow, we're looking for an exceptional therapist who is passionate about helping children and adolescents heal from trauma.

About the Role

We're seeking a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying or Registered) or Registered Social Worker with experience or a strong interest in trauma treatment for children and youth.

This position will begin with evening and weekend availability, when client demand is highest, with the opportunity to grow your caseload into additional or full-time hours as the practice continues to expand.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who:

- Is registered (or qualifying) with the CRPO or registered with the OCSWSSW.
- Has experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
- Has training in trauma-informed, evidence-based therapies or is actively pursuing advanced training e.g. EMDR, DBR, Brainspotting
- Builds strong therapeutic relationships with warmth, authenticity, and professionalism.
- Is comfortable assessing and managing clinical risk, including suicide risk, self-harm, abuse, and other high-risk presentations.
- Is confident working with clients who have complex clinical presentations
- Maintains excellent documentation, professional boundaries, and ethical practice.
- Enjoys collaborating with colleagues while practicing independently.

Compensation

This is an independent contractor position. We offer a 70/30 fee split. Session rate is $175 per hour.

- Access to specialized trauma-focused knowledge and consultation, including support around complex and developmental trauma, emotional dysregulation, attachment, EMDR, DBT-informed treatment, crisis and risk, and working with children and adolescents.
- Opportunities for EMDR consultation and mentorship, including the ability to work toward EMDR Certification without additional consultation costs if you have completed an EMDRIA-approved Basic Training and meet applicable requirements.
- Full access to Jane practice management software, making scheduling, documentation, billing, and client communication straightforward.
- Access to Klarify AI to support efficient clinical documentation and reduce the amount of time spent completing notes.
- Administrative and billing support so you can spend less time managing the behind-the-scenes pieces of private practice and more time doing clinical work.
