Duties

- Develop recent business opportunities through proactive outside sales efforts withleads generated from our business SEO routines
- Manage existing client accounts by providing exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for additional services
- Conduct detailed product presentations and technical demonstrations to clients, explaining waterproofing and structural repair solutions clearly and confidently
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales effectively while maintaining profitability
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and generate leads in targeted markets
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and analyze sales data for strategic planning
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale,

Qualifications

- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within waterproofing, structural repair, or related construction industries
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
- Business development expertise with the ability to identify new markets and expand existing accounts
- Excellent account management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
- B2B sales experience is highly desirable, along with familiarity with marketing strategies in technical sales environments
- Proficiency in technology sales tools such as Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape effectively
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus to serve diverse client bases effectively
- Technical sales experience combined with a solid understanding of waterproofing products or structural repair methods is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly and persuasively

Pay: $30,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
