Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Montreal, QC. This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand services. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients to assess needs, presenting financial products and solutions, preparing proposals, and following up on leads and referrals.

The Account

Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, accurate documentation, and high-quality service delivery.



The role also involves monitoring account performance, addressing client inquiries, and maintaining detailed records within the company’s CRM and reporting systems.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, manage accounts, and provide consultative service.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to explain financial concepts clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and standard office software to track activities and prepare client documentation.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple client requests.
- Background or strong interest in financial services, banking, or related fields; prior sales or account management experience is an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Montreal, QC, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; French language skills are considered an advantage in serving the local client base.
