About the Role

Our client is seeking an organized and meticulous Aircraft Stores Controller to manage their aviation parts inventory in Kimberley . This role is crucial for ensuring the availability of the correct aircraft parts and materials for maintenance operations, while maintaining accurate stock levels and adhering to stringent aviation logistics standards. You will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing aircraft components and consumables, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for traceability and shelf-life management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, preferably within the aviation sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the receipt, inspection, and tagging of incoming aircraft parts and materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using an inventory management system (IMS).
- Organize and maintain the warehouse facility to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of parts.
- Issue parts to maintenance personnel, ensuring proper documentation and traceability .

Requirements
