Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Salary: $70,000–$90,000/year

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Metals / Metal Cladding Estimator to join our team in Burlington.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of estimating experience in metal cladding, architectural metals, building envelope, sheet metal, or a related field and can independently take a project from tender review through final quotation and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Review drawings, specifications, addenda, and scope of work.
- Perform accurate material quantity takeoffs.
- Identify project requirements, exclusions, assumptions, and scope gaps.
- Prepare and send RFQs/RFPs to suppliers and subcontractors.
- Review and compare supplier pricing.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for clients.
- Follow up on quotations and supplier pricing.
- Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, clients, and the drafting team.
- Assist with change orders and value-engineering opportunities.





Required Experience

- Minimum 2 years of estimating experience specifically related to metal cladding or architectural metals.
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience with quantity takeoffs and supplier pricing.
- Robust understanding of construction scopes and tender documents.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

- Approximately 1 year of experience with drafting and shop drawing procedures.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.

Work Arrangement

- The position is fully on-site in Burlington during the probationary period. Hybrid flexibility may be discussed after the probationary period based on performance and business requirements.
