Responsibilities

- Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies
- Overseeing advertising department operations and staff members
- Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics
- Liaise with clients to establish their needs
- Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts
- Working with staff members, clients, or an ad agency to establish and meet project goals, budgets, and timelines
- Communicate with the social media team and marketing department to plan content
- Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments
- Monitoring project progress, from planning to execution, to ensure it remains focused and effective
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients
- Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management
- Negotiating contract specifications and terms with clients or other external parties
- Approach media outlets to negotiate advertising opportunities
- Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events
- Participating in the hiring and evaluation of employees within the advertising department

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a relevant field; management experience may be preferred




- Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns at both a local and national level
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software such as HubSpot Marketing and Bitrix24
- Understanding of design and marketing principles and techniques
- Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry media outlets
- Ability to strategize and plan campaigns in advance
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
- Decisiveness and solid problem-solving skills, especially under pressure
