HIRING: Sales / Appointment Setter — Commission Only, Uncapped Earnings

Masai Marketing is a digital marketing agency helping contractors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, renovation) get more leads through Google & Meta ads, local SEO, and website building, etc... We've got years of case studies and proven results. This isn't a hard sell, it's a real service business owners want, there is just a lot of noise in the market.

We're looking for 1-2 people who love the phone and can talk to anyone. You'll be working warm + cold leads from our ads, organic content. You're expected to have 100+ conversations a day, booking appointments for me to close. After 60-90 days of strong performance, you move into closing your own deals too, with commissions going up from there. Long-term, this role becomes a Sales Manager position as we grow.

You will be given access to a CRM and scripts. Ideally, you adapt very quickly.

? How you get paid:





- $30 show-up bonus for every booked call that actually attends
- 30% one-time commission on closed deal revenue
- 5% recurring commission on monthly retainers from clients you brought in
- Packages range $1,900-$12,000 CAD/month, so commissions add up quick
- Uncapped. Realistic month 1: $1,000-$4,000. Month 2 should multiply from there if you're putting in the work.
