- Developing your skills as an apprentice by troubleshooting electrical systems/components, installing, modifying and repairing aircraft avionics, as contracted by the customer, with the support of experienced Avionics Technicians;• Supporting license technicians during various maintenance activity on aircrafts;• Accomplish maintenance under technicians supervision;• Interact and work cooperatively with other trade personnel;• Management and Customer Representatives while performing work in order to meet project directives;• Attend training courses as directed;• Maintain and ensure a clean and secure work environment at all times.QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Working towards becoming a “E” licensed Avionics Technician;• Previous apprentice related experience is an asset;• Background in working on Business Aircraft types,
an asset;• Ability to work under pressure and to demonstrate strong organizational skills;• Must be attentive to detail;• Positive attitude;• Team oriented;• Good communication skills.EDUCATION:
