This role offers hands-on foundational experience while deepening your understanding of shareholder meetings, voting policies, and governance data.

You will work on defined assignments with increasing independence, following established procedures and guidance, as well as developing practical knowledge of proxy voting through training, mentorship, and day-to-day execution.Key Job Functions/ResponsibilitiesReview SEC filings, proxy statements, and other meeting materials to capture key facts and support governance analysisMaintain governance-related data and perform quality checks to ensure records are complete and accurateApply documented client policy instructions to straightforward and moderately complex meeting items, escalating exceptions as neededSupport routine research and reporting related to proxy voting activity and governance trendsPull data from internal systems, organize and validate information in Excel, and assist in preparing team summaries and outputsCollaborate with teammates to resolve data or process issues and ensure timely completion of assigned workDeliver accurate, consistent work while continuing to build subject matter knowledge and confidence in the roleOther duties as assignedBasic Skill Level RequirementsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Public Policy, Data Analytics, Sustainability, or a related field preferredEquivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will also be consideredExperience:Approximately 1 year of relevant experience in corporate governance, proxy voting, research, financial markets, data operations, or a related area preferredInternship or early-career experience involving document review, data analysis, reporting, or operations is helpfulInterested in financial markets, corporate governance, and the mechanics of proxy votingSkills:Be able to follow process,

Compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
